1) Scholarship Information
You can register to receive email updates about the Student-View Scholarship program. The updates include announcements of each program, deadlines, lists of winners, and other relevant scholarship information. 2) "The Role of High School Guidance Counselors - Students' Perspectives"
Student Insights is currently developing a research report entitled "The Role of High School Guidance Counselors - Students' Perspectives". This report is based on input from nearly 2,000 students in 20 states. It analyzes how students view the role of guidance counselors in the college search process. Key topics include:
* The perceived overall importance of high school guidance counselors compared with other influencers such as parents, friends, teacher, and others
* The value that guidance counselors bring to each stage of the college search process
* Perspectives of different student types segmented by gender, race, family income, high school size, and other factors
This report will be completed in March, 2007. The electronic version of this report iwill be available for free to all high school guidance counselors. 3) |
