Exhibitor Call For Presentations

Increase your marketing opportunities! Exhibitors will make valuable contacts with key decision makers at the 2007 NAESP Convention and Exposition. Convention attendees will be in Seattle to seek knowledge and innovation. They look for better, more efficient ways to accomplish their business objectives. This is your opportunity to show them how your products and services can help!

We are calling for proposals from exhibitors currently exhibiting at NAESP's Annual Convention to conduct high-quality, interactive, 45-minute presentations for your company product(s) and/or service(s) in Seattle. Exhibitors are responsible for promoting attendance, sending program invitations, and developing program design and strategy. Appropriate signage will be provided.

Proposals for Presentations must be submitted online by August 17, 2006.

Submissions received by August 17, 2006 will be evaluated by a committee of NAESP staff according to the following criteria:

Is the company product(s) and/or service(s) of high interest and relevance to today's school administrators?
Does the title clearly describe what the presentation will be about?
Does the description give a clear, concise picture of what the presentation will include?
Is there evidence of creativity and innovation in the approach taken to this product (or) service?
Will the presentation provide solid, practical, how-to information?

NAESP invites you to submit a proposal to present at its 86th Annual Convention & Exposition at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle Washington.

Proposals should include an outline of the presentation along with this proposal form.

Selected presenters will be notified in writing by the end of November, 2006.

Audiovisual Equipment:

Each room will be furnished with an overhead projector, screen and lectern microphone. Any additional AV equipment must be rented, and paid for, by the exhibitor, and obtained directly from the official audio visual company for the Convention at a special discounted rate. Information will be made available in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Presentation Room Arrangement:

All session rooms will be arranged theatre-style for maximum seating capacity.

Exhibitor status will be confirmed during the evaluation process. If you elect to be considered for an exhibitor presentation, you must be a confirmed exhibitor at the time of submittal, or your proposal will be automatically rejected.
