This questionnaire requests information to assist JSU in understanding your experiences as a graduate student and to determine how services and programs can be improved. The information you supply on this questionnaire will be kept completely confidential. Combined student responses will be shared with the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, the Graduate Council, deans, department heads, and other University officials. It is important that you respond carefully to each item. You are encouraged to use the COMMENTS sections to clarify your responses - especially for those items on which you expressed significant satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
